Day 1: Arrival Entebbe-Kampala

 

Meet and greet on arrival then transfer to your hotel in Kampala. Dinner and overnight at Serena Hotel/ Emin Pasha (High end), Cassia Lodge (Mid end) or Forest Cottages Kampala. Meal Plan D


Day 2: Kampala-Kibale

 

Our driver/guide picks you at 8:00am from your Hotel, Drives you across several districts. Have a stopover in fort portal for Lunch at Traveler Hotel .After Lunch Proceed to Kibale through verdant countryside and past traditional homesteads and farms along Albertine Rift escarpments.  Fort-Portal rests in the shadow of the fabled Mountains of the Moon. Ndali Lodge/ Kyaninga Lodge (Lodge facility) or Primate Lodge (Mid Lodge) or Kibale forest Camp (Budget facility). Meal plan: (B, L, D)

Day 3: Kibale

Half day search of chimpanzee and 10 other primate including red colobus, blues, and red tailed and grey cheeked mangabey.  The guide will provide detailed explanations, not only on primates, but also on all the forest fauna and flora and will ensure that your walk is both informative and enjoyable.  This walk is excellent for viewing bird life and seeing primates at close quarters. After Lunch, visit the Bigodi Wetland in search for the rare shore bill stork and other bird species Dinner and overnight at Ndali Lodge/ Kyaninga Lodge (Lodge facility) or Primate Lodge (Mid Lodge) or Kibale forest Camp (Budget facility). Day 4: Kibale-Semliki NP

 

After an early breakfast proceed with panoramic drive to Semiliki National park, enjoy game viewing enroute   to the park together with the beautiful scenery of the country side vegetation.  Have a stopover for your packed lunch in the lunch box Proceed to Semiliki check in Semiliki safari Lodge. Relax and refresh yourself as you get ready for the Night game drive which is very incredible searching the wild from scrubs and thickets. Overnight at Semliki safari Lodge (High end), Ntoroko Game Lodge (Mid end) or Semliki Bandas (Budget end) Meal plan: (B, L, D)

 

 

 

Day 5: Semiliki National Park

 

After breakfast, get prepared for an early morning game drive for game viewing at 7:00am,animals to encounter include warthogs, antelopes, Bush bucks, among others. After the game drive return the lodge for breakfast, relax. After lunch visit the pygmies locally known as the Batwa for some cultural performances. Overnight at Semliki safari Lodge (High end) , Ntoroko Game Lodge (Mid end) or Semliki Bandas (Budget end) Meal plan: (B, L, D)

 

Day 6: Semiliki-Queen Elizabeth

After a morning cup of coffee, with panoramic view drive south wards. A game drive en route to view lion, elephant, leopard, buffalo, hyena and a variety of antelope species.  Check in the lodge for lunch. After lunch, take a two hour guides Nature walk chance to see spectacular birds. Dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge/Katara Lodge (Lodge Facility) or Enganzi Lodge (Mid Lodge) or Simba Safari Lodge/Bush Lodge (Budget Facility) Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day7: Queen Elizabeth

Begin your day with a cup of coffee. Early morning game drive along Kasenyi and Queens Mile makes visitors encounter elephants, buffalo, water bucks, warthogs, lions, Uganda Kobs lakes and a variety of birds. Return to the lodge for breakfast and lunch. Enjoy your lunch ready for the a two hour boat trip along the famous Kazinga channel is worthwhile an opportunity to see Hippo, Buffalos, Kobs, Elephants, warthogs etc. This trip also enables visitor chance to see spectacular birds. Dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge/Katara Lodge (Lodge Facility) or Enganzi Lodge (Mid Lodge) or Simba Safari Lodge/Bush Lodge (Budget Facility) Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 8: Queen Elizabeth

 

The day begins with an early breakfast, take guided primate walk along Kyambura Gorge to look for habituated chimps through the gorge. After primate walk, drive to Ishasha sector for Lunch at Ishasha wilderness camp. Spend your evening relaxing at the river banks overnight and dinner at Ishasha wilderness camp (high end) Ishasha Jungle Lodge (mid end) or @ The river Ishasha (budget end). Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 9: Queen Elizabeth -Bwindi

Enjoy a morning Breakfast, Take an early game drive to Ishasha sector in the search for the tree climbing Lions. After the game drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park check in Gorilla resort for lunch. After lunch .The afternoon is spent on a foot safari around the local communities living around the park. Dinner and overnight stay at either Buhoma Lodge/Mahogany Springs (high end lodge) or The haven Lodge/Sliver back Lodge (Mid range) or Buhoma community Bandas (Budget facility) Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Day 10: Bwindi

Begin the day with breakfast ready for trekking, which begins at 8:00 am with a briefing from the UWA staff. Ensure to carry along with you rain jacket, drinking water, snacks, jungle boots etc The guides will lead you inside the jungle to see the shy Primates for a group you have been booked for. Do not forget to take your lunch boxes and all the necessary gear to track the rare Mountain Gorilla, perhaps one of the most exciting wildlife experiences on earth. The tracking may take between 2 and 6 hours but it’s well worth the effort. Dinner and overnight stay at either Buhoma Lodge/Mahogany Springs (high end lodge) or The haven Lodge/Sliver back Lodge (Mid range) or Buhoma community Bandas (Budget facility) Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Day 11: Bwindi-Mburo

Today’s drive is through what is probably East Africa’s most spectacular scenery. The afternoon lunch is spent at Agip Motel Mbarara. Drive to Mburo Park with evening nature walk. Dinner and overnight at Mihingo safari lodge (High end) or Lake Mburo Safari Lodge/Mantana Tented Camp (Mid end Lodging) Eagles Nest Lake Mburo (Budget lodging) Meal Plan B-L-D

Day 12: Mburo

After breakfast make an early morning game drive in the park which is an is an extension of the Tanzanian Plains with big herds of Zebra, Impala, Eland , Warthogs ,buffalo and other savannah species. For birders, this is one of the best place to find African Fin foot, Papyrus, Bush Shrike, etc. After lunch prepare your selves for a boat ride where you will come to a close of crocodiles, hippos as well as birds including the pelicans, heron, and cormorants among others.  Dinner and overnight at Mihingo safari lodge (High end) or Lake Mburo Safari Lodge/Mantana Tented Camp (Mid end Lodging) Eagles Nest Lake Mburo (Budget lodging) Meal Plan B-L-D

Day 13: Mburo-Entebbe via Kampala

Return to Kampala, then Entebbe, with lunch enroute and stop over at Equator Uganda proceed to Entebbe via Kampala before your evening departures home. End of services.
